The MoVille (Peugeot) is a zero-emissions single passenger vehicle that attempts to bring us back to the future. It's odd tear drop shape isn't exactly a big selling feature, but the technology it uses makes it worth giving a second look. This auto-pod runs on an electromagnetic engine that rotates 3 magnetic spherical balls. Those would be the wheels.
Electromagnetic mobilization is not new technology, but few are aware of it. In this world of big oil corporations these things are hidden from the general public, but given the state of the world economy governments have had to begin using this technology in public sectors, and well, people have noticed. Many newer trains use electromagnetic propolsion. I won't go into all the benefits, but I'll say it is what this world needs right now.
Besides a more civilized heart the MoVille has bit of artificial intelligence. G.P.S. territory recognition system lets it know exactly where it is in relation to direction, and hazardous conditions. Like for example a huge tractor trailer up ahead. It's the vehicle that drives itself. But no need to worry about your zombie vehicle going nuts, it can be manually controlled with an IPod. Sheesh, those guys are everywhere.
Another feature is driver recognition. You've probably seen those luxury vehicles that auto adjust the steering wheel, seat position, and seat belts when the driver gets into the vehicle. Well this one also opens the door for you. Not good for chauffeur.
